A 16-member delegation, led by AVM M.V. Patel, VM, SDS (Air), included officers from five countries alongside eleven from India, as part of their industry exposure programme visited BIAC.
The visit underscored the strategic and economic value of globally competitive industrial parks like BIAC—particularly in driving employment generation and enabling community transformation.
Following an overview by General Udaya Perera, Country Head, BIAC the delegation engaged with leadership from anchor units and toured key facilities, including water and effluent treatment plants, as well as tenant units across the park.
They appreciated BIAC’s vertically integrated supply chain, which enables speed, compliance, and scale, and recognised its strong strategic advantage.
